Du würdest gerne mit auf die Far-Out, bist aber aus nachvollziehbaren Gründen in finanzieller Notlage? Daran soll es nicht scheitern. Deshalb gibt es den Solitopf, der dir den Zugang zur FO erleichtern soll.
Wer kann Hilfe beantragen?
Jede bei der nächsten Far-Out angemeldete Person, die glaubhaft macht, dass sie ohne finanzielle Unterstützung derzeit nicht auf die Far-Out kommen könnte. Mitglieder des Solitopf-Teams sind nicht förderberechtigt.
Wie sieht die Hilfe konkret aus?
Du kannst einen zinslosen Kredit von 50 € pro Übernachtung beantragen, der im Laufe von 12 Monaten zurückgezahlt werden muss. Erst, wenn der Kredit komplett zurückgezahlt wurde, kannst du einen neuen Antrag stellen.
Alternativ kannst du einen Zuschuss von 30 € pro Übernachtung beantragen, der nicht zurückgezahlt werden muss.
Sollten die bis zum Antragsschluss gestellten Anträge die finanziellen Möglichkeiten des Solitopfes übersteigen, werden alle Fördersummen anteilig reduziert.
Deine Fördersumme wird vom Solitopf direkt an die Far-Out-Orga überwiesen.
Du bekommst rechtzeitig Bescheid, welche Fördersumme dir der Solitopf bewilligt hat und welchen Restbetrag du selber an die Far-Out-Orga überweisen musst. Falls du den Restbetrag nicht aufbringen kannst, kontaktiere die Far-Out-Orga.
Wer erfährt von meinem Antrag?
Anträge auf Unterstützung gehen ausschließlich an das Solitopf-Team. Gegebenenfalls kontaktieren wir die von dir im Antrag genannten Bürgen für Nachfragen. Darüber hinaus erfährt höchstens noch die Orga der Far-Out von deinem Antrag, soweit dies für die Zahlungsabwicklung notwendig ist.
Bis wann muss ich den Antrag gestellt haben?
Antragsschluss ist in der Regel genau einen Monat vor Far-Out-Start. Der genaue Termin wird auf der Far-Out-Mailingliste bekannt gegeben. Sollte dein Antrag später bei uns eingehen, können wir dich nur unterstützen, falls wir nicht bereits das für diese Far-Out vorgesehene Geld ausgegeben haben.

Wir werden uns kurz bei dir melden, nachdem wir deinen Antrag erhalten haben.
Nach dem Antragsschluss teilen wir Dir mit, ob und mit welchem Betrag wir Dich unterstützen können.

You would like to come to the Far Out, but for comprehensible reasons you are in financial distress? That should not prevent you from coming. That’s why we have the Solitopf, which should make it easier for you to access the FO.
Who can apply for help?
Any person registered at the next Far-Out who can credibly show that they would not be able to come to the Far-Out at the moment without financial support. Members of the Solitopf team are not eligible for assistance.
What does the help look like in concrete terms?
You can apply for an interest-free loan of 50 € per night, which has to be paid back over the course of 12 months. You can only apply again once the loan has been paid back in full.
Alternatively, you can apply for a grant of 30 € per overnight stay, which does not have to be repaid.
If the total number of applications exceeds the financial possibilities of the Solitopf, all funding amounts will be reduced proportionally.
Your funding will be transferred directly from Solitopf to the Far Out organisation.
You will be informed in due time which amount of funding has been granted by the Solitopf and which remaining amount you have to transfer to the Far-Out-Orga yourself. If you are not able to pay the remaining amount, please contact the Far-Out-Orga.
Who will know about my application?
Requests for support go exclusively to the Solitopf team. If necessary, we will contact the guarantors named in your application for further enquiries. In addition, the Far-Out organisation will only be informed of your application if this is necessary for the payment process.
By when do I have to submit the application?
The deadline for applications is usually exactly one month before the start of the Far-Out. The exact date will be announced on the Far-Out mailing list. If we receive your application later, we can only support you if we have not already spent the money earmarked for this Far-Out.
What happens after I submit the application?
We will contact you shortly after we receive your application.
After the application deadline, we will let you know if we can support you and with what amount.
